You can list your goals directly on this matrix. Some people find that mind-mapping also helps get their life goals onto paper.
You may want to have two of these sheets handy - one for brainstorming and the second to prioritize the goals that you have come up with.
It's recommended to review this form every 90 days. Some prefer to review it on a monthly basis.
