Chef Lance works personally and directly with each client from start to finish. Menus are tailor made for each client based on a wide selection of culinary tastes. Foods are produced on site or in his licensed catering kitchen. Preparation is done as close to service time as possible to insure nutritional value, flavor and peak presentation. A personal chef service is designed to replace a portion of your current eating with freshly made food to order. The personal chef service is a great way to plan your meals for a week, and eat metabolically for your type if desired. The chef service is designed for 2 people but can be tailored for one and/or more if needed. Every chef service is very personalized so plans can vary greatly.
The chef service is a premium service. The menu includes a selection of free range meats, grass fed beef, humanely raised pork, wild fish and local organic vegetables. The menu is pre-determined by each client and then executed on a pre determined day each week. I will provide a full list of entrees and side dishes that I currently prepare and I leave plenty of room for creativity as the markets change as well as the seasons. It is my promise to buy the freshest when possible of all these items.

I am available to teach you how to cook and prepare nutritious and delicious meals in your home. As each persons needs are different please contact me directly to set up a time to discuss your needs and goals. When I offer or teach public cooking classes or perform cooking demonstrations I will let you know here. A private cooking class or classes are an excellent way to host a small dinner party that is interactive, fun and informative. Private cooking classes are an excellent gift as well.
